Dubai 2026 will be the inaugural GCMCX Championship β€” the most ambitious global cultural gathering to date. Building on the legacy of Expo 2020 Dubai, the championship will utilise world-class venues including the new Dubai Arena and the repurposed Expo City pavilion spaces. The event will introduce the first fully integrated virtual reality broadcast experience and a dedicated desert amphitheatre for traditional and folk performances.

Every host city is selected through a rigorous, transparent evaluation process voted on by the Assembly of Nations.
